The Care Plan — how it works

What we run for you

We operate your site end to end: hosting and deploys, your lead pipeline and its database, transactional email, analytics, and a monthly health check (site up, forms working, email delivering). We also watch your domain's renewal date and remind you. The domain is yours, paid by you.

What you own: from day one, not the day you leave

Your domain, your email-sending account, your content, your brand assets, and every lead your site captures. All of it is in your name, or exportable free and unlimited on request. Leads and data exports are delivered within 2 business days, any time you ask, not just when you're leaving.

The one thing that isn't yours by default: the hosting account your site runs on is ours, not yours. That's what lets us operate it day to day. That's not what keeps you from being locked in, though. It's the domain and data ownership above, plus a full, working copy of your site (one that runs on any host) as part of what you get free the moment you actually decide to leave (see Leaving, below). You're never stuck waiting on us to hand over something you didn't already have a path to.

Changes to your site

• If your site has a content management system (check with us if you're not sure which kind your build has): content edits you make yourself there are unlimited and free, always. On top of that, one small update per month is included: a text or image swap on an existing page that needs a developer (about 30 minutes of work).
• If your build doesn't include a CMS (some landing-page builds don't): there's no self-serve tier. Every change, including small ones, draws from that same one included update per month.
• Extra small updates:$49 / ₹2,500 each, billed with your next cycle.
• New pages, design changes, features, integrations: quoted separately before any work starts. Minimum engagement is 3 hours.
• Content writing isn't part of the plan. Your launch includes an AI content workflow built for you to run. If you'd like content produced for you, that's a separate conversation we're happy to have.

If you find yourself needing several extra updates every month, that usually means your business has outgrown the plan. We'll propose something that fits rather than nickel-and-diming you.

Response times

We're a solo studio and honest about it: you'll hear back within 2 business days, and included updates ship within 5 business days of your request. There's no emergency or weekend tier at this price. We run your site on best-effort over excellent infrastructure (Cloudflare, Resend), but we can't guarantee their uptime any more than they do. If our infrastructure provider has a major outage, we tell you proactively. You shouldn't have to find out by checking your own site.

Leaving

Either of us can end the plan with 30 days' notice. Your leads, your other data, and a copy of your DNS settings are free and yours the moment you ask, regardless of account status, because it's your data either way. Your static site export (the copy that runs on any host) is included free on a clean exit; if your account is unsettled (an active dispute or chargeback), that export is held, not forfeited, and releases the moment it's settled.

When your exit goes through, you get:

• a static copy of your live site that runs on any host (it never goes dark). One honest caveat: your contact form is connected to our infrastructure and won't work once the site moves elsewhere; we include a short guide on replacing it with a plain email link or a free third-party form service,
• all your content, your leads as a spreadsheet, your analytics data,
• a copy of your DNS settings that any provider can import,
• our access to your email-sending account revoked so it's fully back in your hands, and your DNS confirmed in your control.

We also don't tear anything down on our end until your new setup is confirmed live and DNS has finished pointing there, so nothing goes dark in between, not even briefly.

If you're moving to another developer and want the source code, that's a paid, one-time eject: $3,000 / ₹1,50,000 by default, dropping to $500 / ₹25,000 once you've paid for 6 months of Care Plan that have actually passed (the first 3 free months don't count, and paying ahead doesn't speed this up). Once your code is in someone else's hands we can't warranty it, so the eject ends the Care Plan. If the plan ends for non-payment, a chargeback, or if we end it for cause, the eject is $3,000 regardless of tenure.

If you prepaid annually, unused full months are refunded pro-rata. The one exception: months already used to reach the 6-month mark for a lower eject price are locked in once you eject, not refundable. If you come back later, we'll quote the migration back. Resuming isn't automatic once your infrastructure has left our care.

Acceptable use

Your site runs on our shared hosting infrastructure, not a neutral platform you rent directly, so we ask two standard things: you confirm you have the rights to what you publish (copy, images, brand assets), and you're responsible for claims that arise from content you chose to publish. This is the normal deal with any agency or host that operates infrastructure on your behalf, not something specific to you.

Billing

International: monthly by card. India: annual invoice (₹30,000 = 12 × ₹2,500, same rate, just simpler). Any price change applies only from your next renewal, with 30 days' notice. If a payment is late, nothing changes while it's being retried or shortly overdue; only sustained non-payment pauses the site, and even then your site, your data, and your leads are never deleted while we're sorting it out. Everything comes back within a business day of payment.
